Hi im Jakke I Live in a jungle in a treehouse its nice out here hearing the birds chirping loudly. This is my story about matariki.
Part 1 .
“I'm walking in the jungle doi doi daw daw “I said “ouch” I slipped and fell in mud and hit a group of tall boys. I got up and looked up and they all looked down at me they said “ are you ok young little man?, sorry I forgot to introduce myself my name is Jemye”, “hizz i'm croczz”he did a friendly wave, “ im lank” he said with a bord tone, “IM GENNY!!!” with a hiper tone. “Boys were being too kind to the little boy, Lets get him!!!” Jemye and company bulled me until this young boy called Wilkion came on a bike and saved him.
Part 2 .
He brings me to his home much nicer than mine but not a treehouse, Wilkion “ Are you ok?, those boys are a pain, My name is Wilkion, what's your name?” I replied and saying “Jakkie, Jakkie johnson”. We Became friends playing games going to the moon. Wilkion was a space nerd, he told me about a particular star called matariki, he said “ Matariki is a star cluster, not constellation,” he carried on an said “ Its the start of māroi
new year “ Wilkion keeps talking about stars.
Part 3.
Meanwhile Those pesky boys were making a plan to send us to the moon in a short period of time
They made a,a,a ROCKET SHIP!!!! they wanted us gone, gone for all there plan worked lureing us in and 3,2,1, blast off “Swoosh we shot up into the sky Wilkion and I were horrid the engine shaking us side to side “HAAAAAA!!!” we both screamed but then the rocket ship slowed down then matariki was so close it looked like I could touch it. We learnt more facts about the māori stars, but then the engine stoped then we fell the end,na we fell in vines and it stoped the rocket ship falling then, “snap” the vines broke sending us down and “to punish us” “its ok we can be friends” Wilkion and I replied. We became friends and Wilkion teach them about matariki. The end.
The main moral of the book is because there small doesn't mean they have a big Heart.
