  1. She has a sister named Venus who is also a famous tennis player.

  2. Serena Williams started playing tennis in California at the age of three. It was her father that taught her how to play.

  3. During her career Serena has won multiple matches including:
  • singles
  • doubles
  • mixed doubles
  • grand slam
  • four gold Olympic medals

    Serena and Venus Williams are extremely successful tennis players that have achieved a massive amount in their careers. 3 years old is young to start playing a sport, is there any sports you've played for a long time? I used to play netball and started that when I was 5 which is quite young too.
